Terms and Conditions

INTRODUCTION

This document sets forth the conditions governing the use of this website (https://www.carolinavarela.es/), regardless of the application, digital medium, support, or device through which it can be accessed. Please read them carefully before registering and placing an order. Any purchase made from this website implies acceptance of these conditions.

USE OF THE WEBSITE

The use of this website is subject to these terms and conditions, as well as the Privacy Policy and Cookies.

The use of the Private Area is restricted solely to registered individual users, whether they are sole traders or persons forming part of a company or entity.

By registering on this website and placing orders through it, the user agrees to:

  • Provide us with the required information in the registration form truthfully and accurately. Likewise, consent is given for us to use that information to contact the user if necessary.
  • Not place any false or fraudulent orders. If it could reasonably be considered that such an order has been placed, we will be authorized to cancel it and inform the relevant authorities.

Carolina Varela Studio reserves the right to accept or reject requests for access to the Private Area of this website.

HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER

To place an order, the user, previously registered, must follow the online purchase procedure. In the catalogue of the Private Area, the user will be able to select the desired designs. These will be added to the shopping basket, from where the order can be processed, and one of the offered payment methods can be chosen.

The user will be informed, through the website and/or the corresponding email addresses provided, of the order and purchase processing procedure.

DELIVERY

Once the corresponding payment has been made and validated, the user will receive their order by email, either as an attachment or through a download link (available for seven days). The delivery will be made as soon as possible and within a maximum period of 14 calendar days from the date of purchase validation.

Since these are digital files, there are no shipping costs.

The delivery of the order is considered completed at the moment the purchased files are sent to the user's email address. Carolina Varela Studio is not responsible for any possible issues related to the email address provided by the user.

If there are any unforeseen circumstances that prevent you from receiving your order, please inform us through the contact channels we provide.

PRICES

The prices of the designs displayed in the website catalogue are in euros and do not include taxes. Taxes will be applied to the final total amount and will depend on the fiscal residence registered by each user.

Prices may change at any time, but any changes will not affect orders for which we have already sent an order confirmation.

To enquire about the prices of custom design services, please contact us through our contact channels.

PAYMENT

Accepted payment methods are credit or debit card and bank transfer.

To make a payment from the website, the user must have successfully authenticated with the card issuer and approve the payment transaction at the time of purchase.

Once the purchase has been validated, we will issue the corresponding invoice in electronic format.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

All the designs displayed in the Private Area catalogue are available for purchase, with the exception of those that are specifically marked as temporarily unavailable.

The processing of an order does not guarantee the availability of the selected designs until payment is made and the purchase is validated by Carolina Varela Studio. Such validation entails the removal of the purchased designs from the catalogue.

RETURNS

Due to the digital nature of the designs, once purchased, they cannot be returned. If you have any enquiries regarding a specific order, please contact us.

JURISDICTION

The use of this website and the purchase contracts made through it will be governed by Spanish law. Any dispute arising from or related to the use of the website or such contracts shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Spanish courts and tribunals.

DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY

Unless otherwise provided by law, Carolina Varela Studio shall not accept any liability for:

  • Losses not attributable to any breach on its part.
  • Business losses (including loss of profits).
  • Technical failures due to fortuitous or other causes that prevent the normal operation of the website over the internet.
  • Lack of availability of the website for maintenance or other reasons that prevent the provision of the service.
  • Non-compliance or delay in the fulfillment of any obligations assumed when it is due to events beyond its reasonable control, in other words, that can be justified as force majeure.

CUSTOMER ACCESS AND COPYRIGHTS

Access to the private catalogue is exclusive to customers and is provided through the approval of an individual registration.

Customers may not share, give or sell their access password or username to any other person or entity, and they must take all possible measures to protect their access data from fraudulent use.

They may not copy, screenshot, reproduce, download, publish, broadcast, transmit, make available to the public, commercially exploit, or use in any other way any of Carolina Varela Studio's designs, except for their own selection process.

Carolina Varela Studio reserves the right to cancel a user account for any reasonable cause.
